The opening of the SALT Quarters is happening this afternoon at 115 Otisco Street in Syracuse. In addition to organic vegetable seedlings available for sale, there will be music, food trucks, local art vendors, super 8 screenings and the announcement of the SALT Quarter’s Artist in Residences.
