Another day at the Bull & Bear Roadhouse waiting tables.  As many of you know I am not farming full time again this year.  I continue to work off the farm in order to build capital to put in place the infrastructure that we need to have a successful and more efficient farm.  Before 2 months ago I had never worked in a restaurant.  I have recieved quite an education in this time.  I enjoy the work and will likely continue to wait tables during the winter months again after I resume full-time farming.  Also next year at this time I will be planning, and planting for wholesale restaurant accounts.
